This easy to understand 12-page primer describes the need for healthcare data analysts and the types of analysis they can provide (i.e., reactive, descriptive, and predictive analytics).  The piece explains the types of work they can conduct and how they go about doing this important work.  It ends with a few ways in which leaders can build data analytics competencies.  It’s well written, with interesting visuals and uses stories to describe important elements.
