The project is guided by the Roanoke-Chowan Community Health Center in North Carolina. The Mid-Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center and Northwest Regional Telehealth Resource Center are providing assistance and monitoring the project to glean information on the process, successes, challenges and lessons learned.
