Using Interoperability to advance innovation. Interoperability remains one of the biggest challenges facing care givers, health care organizations and person-centered care today. This session will review how health systems have come together to solve data liquidity from a technical architecture approach.

At the conclusion of this activity, the learner will be able to discuss how improvements in interoperability will impact the approach to person-centered care.
