By documenting and measuring nursing contributions effectively, health centers can enhance the comprehensive picture of their productivity reported to UDS, strengthen funding support, and successfully promote integrated, nurse-centered care models. This resource, created by the HITEQ Center in partnership with the National Nurse-led Care Consortium, provides recommendations to ensure health centers are appropriately reflecting nursing care in UDS and, where UDS is more limited, share strategies for documenting, tracking, and measuring nursing care in other systems.
