A Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Payment Reform Evaluation Project

This report, led by the University of Washington Department of Health Services, describes an evaluation of the Oregon Alternative Payment Methodology (APM) for the Oregon Primary Care Association (OPCA) funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Payment Reform Evaluation Project. The report discusses motivating factors and conditions for APM in Oregon; the details of the APM approach, and early barriers, facilitators, and outcomes for addressing population health through reforming primary care payment for health centers.
