A National Initiative to Prevent 1 Million Heart Attacks and Strokes by 2017

The Million Hearts Resource Center is a national initiative to prevent 1 million heart attacks and strokes by 2017.  The Resource Center has assembled tools including EHR Optimization Guides to help professional leverage their EHR systems to excel in the ABCS.
