HITEQ Highlights Webinar

Join us for an in-depth session on the effective adoption of an integrated patient portal. This webinar provided valuable tools and methodologies to assist with: workflow development, training on activation and meaningful use of the portal, dissemination strategies, and harnessing EHR analytics tools to determine the return on your investment. We also discussed strategies for incorporating Community Health Workers into your healthcare model. Participants had opportunity to view data samples showcasing the significant impact of our Community Health Worker efforts.
