Session 1: A Framework for AI Readiness in Health Centers

Session Description: Establish a solid foundation for your health center's AI journey by learning how to assess your current state and build an organizational framework for AI adoption. This session will provide a practical roadmap for creating a strategy that ensures your AI decisions are mission-aligned, and we’ll hear how this is being put into action by health centers in Maine.

Series Description: Navigate the evolving landscape of artificial intelligence (AI) with confidence by joining the HITEQ Center’s new virtual learning series, "Practical and Proactive Approaches to AI Readiness for Health Centers." In the midst of rapid change and industry hype, this three-part series is designed to be your foundation, equipping your health center to confidently move beyond speculation and manage AI in ways that directly align with your core mission and goals. This foundational series will also seamlessly lead into our upcoming Skill Builder Series, which will feature an AI-focused community of practice for health centers to share and learn together.
