In our second Reflect & Connect Session we were joined by HITEQ host, Jada Large, Tony Skapinksy from CapitalLink, and Mikkel Finsen from Open Door Family Medical Center as they discussed a tool health centers can use to forecast technology costs. This tool was developed in partnership with CapitalLink and the HITEQ Center.

To kick off our Reflect & Connect sessions within the Information to Insight Skill Builder Series, participants heard from Peter Cummings about his work in leveraging Health IT to maximize Value Based Care. HITEQ host, Jerry Lassa also explored ways that health centers benefit from optimizing their Health IT systems, especially for Value Based Care.

In our third use case session in the series, we heard from Dr. Irene Stafford about her work in leveraging Health IT systems to affect change in STI detection and prevention.

This was our second use case session in the Information to Insight: Driving Strategy with Your Data Skill Builder Series. We heard from Yesenia Osuna and Diana Castellanos from Universal Community Health Center about their work with maximizing digital technologies to support a robust Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program.

In this use case session, we will hear from Jared Pollick and Charlene Wright at Family Health Services of Darke County about their experience with data and value-based care (VBC) to drive chronic disease prevention and management. Attendees will learn about practical strategies, such as developing a staff quality incentive program, that foster collaboration and improve patient outcomes.
