Act & Apply: Enhancing Digital Health Tools for Improved Patient Care and Efficiency

Session Description: This session recapped the 7-session journey of this series and then worked on deconstructing complex, real-world data challenges (e.g., "unreliable data," "lack of action") into actionable steps by applying targeted QI skills like stratification and process mapping. Finally, attendees were encouraged to formulate one specific, actionable "next step" to apply a learned concept from the series to their health center.
