This discussion series offers a focused, collaborative space for three one-hour virtual sessions spread over a few weeks. The series will delve into the practicalities of managing and leveraging health IT tools, specifically eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Azara, to enhance clinical care and the ability to monitor outcomes across the patient population. Participants will have the opportunity to share best practices, troubleshoot common challenges, and uncover actionable strategies for optimizing these essential systems. This session will move beyond the basics, exploring how to fully leverage eCW and Azara for monitoring outcomes across the patient population and how to effectively communicate these advancements across the entire health center.
