Overview

Successful use of Health IT enabled Quality Improvement requires a strong organizational foundation. Since 1996, Community Care Network of Virginia, Inc. (CCNV), has been a trusted support system, training partner and business process expert for health providers, including Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), private practices, hospitals, managed care organizations, and provider networks. Providing integrated, network-based services and programs to healthcare clients to help them run their businesses better so that they can focus on patient care. This includes the centralized practice management system, help desk, and support infrastructure that we established in 1999.

CCNV is a community health center-owned and governed provider network, and was legally incorporated as a statewide network organization in 1996 consistent with the Affiliation Policies of the Bureau of Primary Health Care.
