Validating data from Health IT systems is the cornerstone of effective Health IT Enabled QI. Ensuring that Health IT-generated reports and data reflect an accurate picture of the care and outcomes of your population ensures that data is actionable for quality improvement, monitoring as well as many other purposes. Having developed customized content, implementation approaches and workflow insights they help support the comprehensive multidisciplinary care delivered by their network of 34 community health centers. Building from this core, AllianceChicago assists health centers in evaluating and implementing other HIT applications and tools to extend functionality and improve efficiency.
