Session 2: Optimizing the Use of Your Tools – Successful Setup and Integration

This discussion series offered a focused, collaborative space for three one-hour virtual sessions spread over a few weeks. The series delved into the practicalities of managing and leveraging health IT tools, specifically eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Azara, to enhance clinical care and the ability to monitor outcomes across the patient population. Participants had the opportunity to share best practices, troubleshoot common challenges, and uncover actionable strategies for optimizing these essential systems. The group fostered a peer-to-peer learning environment, encouraging open discussion and knowledge exchange among providers, care teams, and quality professionals.

This session delved into the practical application of both eCW and Azara, focusing on how they are currently integrated and used, their distinct considerations, and how successful setup and integration contribute to their effectiveness.
