Session 3: Maximizing Use – Taking Health IT to the Next Level for Population Health

This discussion series offers a focused, collaborative space for three one-hour virtual sessions spread over a few weeks. The series will delve into the practicalities of managing and leveraging health IT tools, specifically eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Azara, to enhance clinical care and population health outcomes. Participants will have the opportunity to share best practices, troubleshoot common challenges, and uncover actionable strategies for optimizing these essential systems. The group will foster a peer-to-peer learning environment, encouraging open discussion and knowledge exchange among providers, care teams, and quality professionals.

This session will move beyond the basics, exploring how to fully leverage eCW and Azara for advanced population health management and how to effectively communicate these advancements across the entire health center.
