This webinar was a moderated panel discussion with clinical informaticists from health centers in California, Massachusetts, New York, and Texas. HITEQ staff hosted a discussion with Warria Esmond, MD from Settlement Health, Kelly Nieves, MD from Waco Family Medicine, Danielle Oryn, DO from Petaluma Health Center and Cheralyn Johnson, FNP-BC, North Shore Community Health.

Discussion among these experienced practitioners touched on:

  • the path to their respective roles
  • the contributions informaticists make to quality improvement efforts
  • how they work with the health center team
  • successes and failures in engaging staff in such efforts
