This session recapped the 7-session journey of this series and then worked on deconstructing complex, real-world data challenges (e.g., "unreliable data," "lack of action") into actionable steps by applying targeted QI skills like stratification and process mapping. Finally, attendees were encouraged to formulate one specific, actionable "next step" to apply a learned concept from the series to their health center.

This Act & Apply Digital Health Roundtable is designed to recap the Information to Insight series on transforming health center data into strategic decisions. The session focuses on key learnings and discussion questions about the essential roles of People, Process, and Technology in implementing data-driven strategies.

In this session, participants learned about successful digital health strategies for primary care settings. Attendees left the session hearing from case studies on best practices and lessons learned.

In this session participants learned about the data privacy laws as they relate to digital health. Attendees had a better understanding about HIPAA, data privacy laws, telehealth regulations and more.
