As health centers navigate the promise and peril of data exchange, they need foundational understanding of what standards-based exchange is, why it is important, what it makes possible, and what they need to do. Join us for an enlightening training session led by Dr. David Kendrick, the Principal Investigator and CEO of MyHealth Access Network. As a non-profit health information network in Oklahoma, MyHealth Access Network is dedicated to ensuring the secure availability of complete health records for every Oklahoman, whenever and wherever they need them for care and health decision-making. In this training session, participants will gain insights into how MyHealth Access Network provides advanced health information exchange, community-wide care coordination tools, and a robust decision support platform designed to support providers and patients in improving health outcomes.

As health centers have expanded their services for behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment, justice-involved members of the community are one part of the population that can benefit by the expansion of services and access. Treatment for SUD during incarceration has shown to reduce recidivism, but is challenging to provide due to constraints posed by space limitations, workforce turnover, and difficulties in maintaining continuity of care. Telehealth and remote services during COVID-19 further expanded opportunities for health centers to consider partnerships to support justice involved populations. Yet, there are operational, technology, and cultural barriers to collaboration with jails, prisons, and the drug courts. Join us to learn from two inspiring health providers- Harris Health (Texas) and Community Medical Centers Inc. (California) that have made a commitment to offering care to justice -involved patients, and their journeys to build positive partnerships improving access to service

Is your health center currently in the process of implementing or revamping your pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) workflow? This HITEQ webinar taught participants how to use our PrEP Process Mapping Toolkit, which is designed to support team-based learning, reflection, and action on the use of process mapping as a tool to document PrEP clinical and EHR workflows. Your health center team can follow the steps outlined in the toolkit to develop a process map of an existing or planned PrEP service workflow and to identify opportunities to streamline and improve that workflow.

In this HITEQ Highlights webinar, we focused on the intersection of telehealth strategy and operations. One health center's experience of leveraging telehealth as a tool for expanding service delivery and patient access will be a jumping off point from which to consider the benefits (and challenges) of dedicated telehealth resources within an organization. Participants learned how telehealth might benefit recruitment efforts and review relevant resources for ongoing telehealth support.

In this HITEQ Highlight, we aim to strengthen Health Centers' capacity to build their cyber-resiliency. We will cover risk management tools, methods for guarding against cybersecurity assaults, operationalizing cybersecurity to mitigate risks, and breach mitigation tactics. Participants will focus on safeguarding data across the entire enterprise and examine approaches to implementing cybersecurity infrastructure through risk management frameworks and strategic risk assessment. This session includes a case study of the Family Health Center of Worcester's Ransomware Incident presented by CEO Louis Brady.
