Reflect & Connect III: Patient Data Management
This Patient Data Management session helped attendees learn how to transform raw patient data into meaningful, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. We analyzed the components of effective data management across the key areas of People, Process, and Platforms. The goal was to master skills to evaluate the role of technology and workflows in improving clinical quality measures, with examples from All Care Health Center's efforts on Colorectal Cancer Screening.

In this session, participants learned why and how lived expertise must be sought after and valued by health centers and allied organizations to improve every stage of the data management process from collection and analysis to data sharing, access, and decision-making, including discussion about Information Blocking rules and navigating the tension between reporting and regulations. This session also covered the connection between racial equity and lived experience in data management.
Virtual Learning Collaborative
In this session, participants learned why digital health strategy is essential for health centers to remain competitive, meet consumer and patient demands and make care more accessible for all patients. Attendees learned how digital health strategy improves patient care and engagement and improves health outcomes for all.
HITEQ Highlights Webinar

HITEQ SDOH Data Dashboards Series
The Social Determinants of Health Data Dashboards training is a four-module series. Modules range from about 8 minutes to 12 minutes in length. Module four provides advanced-level information on using social determinants of health data and dashboards for facilitating and tracking social needs referrals, conducting predictive analysis with social determinants of health and health outcomes data, and using social determinants of health data to improve reimbursement for addressing social needs.
