This session moved beyond the basics, exploring how to fully leverage eCW and Azara for monitoring outcomes across the patient population and how to effectively communicate these advancements across the entire health center.

Through early detection and providing diabetes management through a team-based care, health centers can help patients’ live long, healthy lives.
