Founded in 1999 by visionary health care leaders, CHCA provides 17 Federally qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and other healthcare organizations with solutions to advance health information technology adoption including implementation and project management, infrastructure hosting, application training, report development, on-going application support services, and consulting and education for various related initiatives.

CHCA is a private non-profit dedicated to helping practices adopt new technologies and workflows that foster better care, better health, and a better health care system for physicians and the patients they serve.
