(GAPHC) is a membership organization for all Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) in the state of Georgia. GAPHC was founded in 1977 and is a statewide organization located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. GAPHC is quite familiar and knowledgeable about the relevant rules and regulations governing FQHC – Section 330 organizations. GAPHC is very active in the development of various operational models for FQHC organizations and provides direction and leadership for required community development activities that are related to both the development of new start FQHC organizations and operations of existing FQHC organizations. GAPHC is a member service organization representing the Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) in Georgia through the provision of training, technical assistance and the development and implementation of strategies to expand and strengthen the FQHC system. Additionally, GAPHC is involved in the development and implementation of additional programs and services that will enhance the FQHC health care delivery system.
