This session demystified what it is, why it matters, and what it makes possible for your organization. Subject matter experts discussed how to assess and deploy these new technologies to be ready for the future of healthcare.

In an era of rising cyber threats, robust preparedness is essential. This session kicked off our "Ready for Anything: Cyber Preparedness for Health Centers" Skill Builder Series by exploring the evolving threat landscape and the critical protocols needed to protect your systems and patient data.

This session recapped the 7-session journey of this series and then worked on deconstructing complex, real-world data challenges (e.g., "unreliable data," "lack of action") into actionable steps by applying targeted QI skills like stratification and process mapping. Finally, attendees were encouraged to formulate one specific, actionable "next step" to apply a learned concept from the series to their health center.

This session built upon previous sessions and now that attendees were familiar with the basics of clinical quality measures and the approach they could take to assessing data alignment, the next step was applying that detail to their own practice, taking action on what you have learned, but in their own particular context.
