The webinar reviewed the current state of electronic dental records (EDRs) for health centers, discussed their use and integration with electronic health records, and instructed participants on how to use an EDR to meet various incentive programs and reporting requirements.

Growing numbers of agricultural workers use mobile phones, which presents an opportunity to engage them in healthy behavior interventions. This webinar brings together experts with experience in using mobile technology in agricultural worker communities. Panelists will discuss highlights and lessons learned from their research, as well as potential resource challenges. At the end of this webinar, health center staff and others will have tools for effectively engaging agricultural worker communities with mobile health platforms.

This document includes tips for selecting and implementing population health management analytic and integrated data systems derived from Primary Care Associations, Health Center Controlled Networks, and health centers who have gone through this experience.

This resource will equip health center stakeholders with the motivation, knowledge, and ability needed to collect and use standardized social determinants of health data.

Health centers are interested in managing population health but may not have the budget needed to purchase specialty suites. This tool will guide health centers in leveraging the “built in” functionality of certified EHRs to perform PHM functions by mapping the native PHM functionality available in the common certified EHRs used by health centers.  The aim is to help health centers to understand where to start in implementing PHM using what they already have available to them.
