Archive video of the National Telehealth Policy Resource Center webinar that explores the barriers and potential solutions for Community Health Centers in employing telehealth services. Speakers shared the findings and recommendations of a study commissioned by the Center for Connected Health Policy and assessed the potential for using telehealth with alternative payment models.

This blog was been established to report on the process of connecting remote monitoring facilities in North Carolina and Oregon, a coast-to-coast Telehealth project. The Roanoke-Chowan Community Health Center is facilitating the initiation of a program that is on the leading edge of Telehealth progress: remote monitoring of chronically ill patients. The project is unique in that Roanoke-Chowan is located in North Carolina and their partner; Mosaic Medical Community Health Center is in central Oregon. The Central Oregon Telehealth Network is truly a coast-to-coast effort.
