Oregon Health & Science University will be offering a free 18-hour online course to healthcare professionals interested in expanding their knowledge of healthcare analytics and health information technology. 

This is an evaluation form to give to a new employee immediately following the orientation program.

Healthcare organizations are flooding with data. Health centers have a wealth of data about their patients and their community. It is essential that these organizations  build a strong foundation of people, processes and technology to leverage that data to improve care and better serve the underserved.

This document outlines the ways in which effective onboarding and orientation methods will result in shorter learning curves, improved job satisfaction, and improved retention.
