This Act & Apply Digital Health Roundtable is designed to recap the Information to Insight series on transforming health center data into strategic decisions. The session focuses on key learnings and discussion questions about the essential roles of People, Process, and Technology in implementing data-driven strategies.

This Patient Data Management session helped attendees learn how to transform raw patient data into meaningful, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. We analyzed the components of effective data management across the key areas of People, Process, and Platforms. The goal was to master skills to evaluate the role of technology and workflows in improving clinical quality measures, with examples from All Care Health Center's efforts on Colorectal Cancer Screening.

In our second Reflect & Connect Session we were joined by HITEQ host, Jada Large, Tony Skapinksy from CapitalLink, and Mikkel Finsen from Open Door Family Medical Center as they discussed a tool health centers can use to forecast technology costs. This tool was developed in partnership with CapitalLink and the HITEQ Center.

To kick off our Reflect & Connect sessions within the Information to Insight Skill Builder Series, participants heard from Peter Cummings about his work in leveraging Health IT to maximize Value Based Care. HITEQ host, Jerry Lassa also explored ways that health centers benefit from optimizing their Health IT systems, especially for Value Based Care.

In our third use case session in the series, we heard from Dr. Irene Stafford about her work in leveraging Health IT systems to affect change in STI detection and prevention.
