This session discussed the current UDS clinical quality measure reporting on Adult weight screening and follow-up clinical quality measures. Attendees learned about common challenges for collection as well as best practices for health centers.

This session will be co-hosted by the Community Health Care Association of New York State and Sun River Health, a health center in New York to take a deeper dive into UDS+ and how to collect granular race, ethnicity and language (REaL) data. Sun River Health shared their experiences and best practices for collecting REaL data.

This final session taught participants how to utilize process mapping to navigate clinical quality programs. This session covered how to look for areas of improvement within your program.

This session taught participants about how to align data with clinical quality measures. Attendees learned how to connect CQM requirements necessary for clinical practice through quality improvement efforts.

In this session, participants learned about the quality reporting requirements or program, and learned about the purpose of eCQMs. Attendees will also be able to discuss how to access measure specifications and value sets as well as articulate one or more approaches to assessing data alignment in the health center setting.
