Making the Business Case for Payment and Delivery Reform

A resource for providers on how to make a business case for reforms in payment and delivery systems and what data sources are required to do so.

Sponsored and published by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the Network for Regional Health Care Improvement Organization developed these resources to support health care purchasers and providers in developing a business case for proposed changes in payment and service delivery. Filled with specific examples and models for providers to use, this resource provides a practical approach to addressing and considering value based payment models and payment reform approaches.
