The Roanoke-Chowan Community Health Center is facilitating the initiation of a program that is on the leading edge of Telehealth progress: remote monitoring of chronically ill patients. The project is unique in that Roanoke-Chowan is located in North Carolina and their partner; Mosaic Medical Community Health Center is in central Oregon. The Central Oregon Telehealth Network is truly a coast-to-coast effort.
