A Cost Analysis Report & Recommendations

The financial analysis aspect of this report was conducted by Milliman, Inc. and it revealed that the telehealth programs are not self-sustaining in the way they are currently being operated. The telehealth programs examined in this study were being subsidized with grants or other CHC resources. There were several factors identified contributing to their unsustainability, they are outlined in this report and recommendations were provided to help address the issues.
